Processing Time
Ready-to-ship objects are usually prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Some pieces are made to order and may require additional preparation time. You can find the estimated production time on each product page.
Delivery Destinations & Times
We deliver exclusively to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Ukraine.
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Switzerland: 1–3 business days
- Germany and Austria: 3–10 business days
- Ukraine: Approximately 2–4 weeks or longer, depending on transport conditions
These estimates do not include processing time. International deliveries may take longer due to customs procedures, local postal services, or unexpected delays. Delivery times to Ukraine are particularly variable and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
We charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 7 per order for all deliveries to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Ukraine, regardless of parcel size or weight.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs handling fees. Unless explicitly included at checkout, these additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are separate from the CHF 7 shipping fee.
Packaging
Every object is carefully packed to help protect it during its journey. Fragile pieces receive additional protection to ensure they travel as safely as possible.
